| dc.description.abstract | The experiment was conducted during October 2019 to March 2020 in the farm of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University. The experiment consisted of two factors: Factor A: two tomato varieties viz. V 1 : BARI tomato-2 and V : BARI tomato-16 and Factor B: 5 levels of boron application viz. B ii 0 : Control 2 -1 1 , B 2 : 1.0 kg B ha -1 , B 3 : 1.5 kg B ha -1 and B 4 : 2.0 kg B ha -1 . The experiment was laid out in Randomized Complete Block Design 1 2 -1 , number of fruits cluster -1 3 1 : 0.5 kg B ha , number of fruits plant , single fruit weigh,t fruit weight plant -1 and yield ha -1 .
