dc.description.abstract The experiment was conducted during the period from March 2020 to July 2020 to investigate the effect of integrated nutrient management on the growth and yield of snake gourd (Trichosanthes anguina L.) at the Horticultural Farm of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh. The experiment was laid out in the Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. A total of 11 nutrient combinations used in this experiment i.e. T 0 : control (No organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer), T 1 : OM (CD 10 ), T 2 : N 80 P 35 (RDF), T 4 K 75 S 18 kg ha : OM (CD 5 -1 (RDF) T 3 PM 5 V 2 t ha -1 : OM (CD 5 ) + N 80 P 35 PM 5 K 75 V 2 S 18 t ha kg ha -1 ) + N 80 -1 + Mg 7 PM 10 P 35 : OM (CD 5 PM 5 V 2 t ha -1 ) + N 80 P 35 K 75 S 18 kg ha -1 + Zn 6 kg ha -1 , T 6 : OM (CD 5 ) + N 80 P 35 K 75 S 18 kg ha -1 + B 2 kg ha -1 , T 7 : OM (CD 5 PM 5 V 2 t ha -1 ) + N 80 P 35 + Zn 6 + B 2 kg ha -1 , T 8 : OM (CD 5 PM 5 V 2 t ha -1 ) + N 80 P 35 K 75 S 18 kg ha K 75 kg ha -1 + Zn 6 kg ha -1 , T 9 : OM (CD 5 PM 5 V 2 t ha -1 ) + N 80 P 35 K 75 S 18 kg ha -1 + Mg 7 kg ha -1 and T 10 : OM (CD 5 PM 5 V 2 t ha -1 ) + N 80 P 35 K 75 S 18 kg ha -1 + Mg 7 PM 5 K 75 V 5 S 18 -1 , V 2 S 18 + Mg 7 kg ha kg ha kg ha -1 + B 2 kg ha -1 . All growth, reproductive and yield parameters viz. vine length, number of leaves plant -1 , leaf length, leaf breadth, days required to 1 male and female flowering, number of male and female flowers plant -1 , days to 1 fruit set, days to 1 st fruit harvest, fruit length, fruit diameter, number of fruits plant , individual fruit weight, fruit yield plot -1 and fruit yield hectare -1 showed positive effect with different nutrient combinations. The highest yield (50.10 t ha -1 ) of snake gourd was recorded from T 10 treatment while the lowest yield (14.72 t ha -1 ) was recorded from T 0 treatment. The highest BCR (1.9) of snake gourd cultivation was recorded from T 10 treatment while the lowest BCR (1.01) was recorded from T 0 -1 st -1 t ha -1 kg ha T 5 t ha kg ha -1 kg ha -1 + B 2 + Zn 6 st -1 -1 treatment. en_US
