dc.description.abstract The main objectives of this study were to assess the extent of farmers’ knowledge gap on using agrochemicals in potato cultivation, to describe some selected characteristics of the farmers and to determine the influences of selected characteristics of the farmers to their knowledge gap on agrochemicals use. The study was conducted with randomly selected 113 farmers in Char Kewar union under Munshiganj sadar upazila of Munshiganj district. Knowledge gap on using agrochemicals in potato cultivation was the dependent variable and the dependent variable was measured by 14 different questions on knowledge on agrochemicals application in potato cultivation and the ten selected characteristics of the respondents contributed the independent variables of the study.
