Abstract:
All praises are due to Almighty Allah Who enables the authoress to pursue her higher
education in the Faculty of Agribusiness Management and to complete the research as
well as to submit the thesis for the degree of Master of Science (M.S) in Management
and Finance.
The Authoress expresses her sincere heartfelt gratitude, deep appreciation and regards
to reverend teacher and research supervisor professor Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman
Sarker, Department of Agricultural Statistics, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,
Dhaka for his affectionate encouragement, worthy inspiration, solitary instruction,
valuable advice and suggestions, sympathetic cooperation, constructive criticism and
scholastic supervision throught the research work and during preparing the
dissertation. His guardianship, counseling, simplicity and contribution have been
