dc.description.abstract A field experiment was conducted at the Horticultural farm, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University during October 2016 to February 2017 with two micronutrients viz. Zinc and Boron to investigate the growth, curd size and yield of cauliflower. The experiment was laid out in the Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. There were four levels of zinc, viz. Zn ii 0 : Control, Zn : 1.5 kg Zn ha -1 , Zn 2 : 2 kg Zn ha -1 , Zn 3 : 2.5 kg Zn ha -1 1 and four levels of boron, viz. B : Control, B 1 : 1 kg B ha -1 , B 2 :1.5 kg B ha -1 , B 3 : 2 kg B ha -1 . Application of zinc resulted the highest plant height, number of leaves per plant, transplanting to curd initiation, transplanting to 50% curd initiation, curd weight with leaves at harvest, curd yield -1 treatment. In case of boron application, the highest plant height, number of leaves per plant, transplanting to curd initiation, transplanting to 50% curd initiation, curd weight with leaves at harvest, curd yield 3 treatment while the minimum was recorded from control treatment. For combined application, Zn 3 3 B 3 gave highest curd yield -1 treatment combination is suitable dose for higher yield of cauliflower. en_US
